Steven Pruett, CEO
Steve acquired an undergraduate degree in Radio and Television from Southern Illinois University and a MBA from Northwestern. Steve has over 30 years experience in the Broadcasting Industry with an extensive background in intellectual property asset management as well as the production and distribution of nationally syndicated television programming and music.
During his career he's created and managed several broadcast media companies with a combined ownership of nearly 30 radio stations and 100 TV stations. He has founded multiple broadcast groups including Spanish Radio Group Excel’ Communications, ACME Television, USBG and UPI Media. Steve served as special strategic advisor to DirecTV and Thomson Consumer Electronics from 1998 to 2002. Since 2008 he's been a key member of the Fox Affiliate Board of Governors where he served as treasurer until elected Co-Chairman in 2011.
Steve has been with CCA for 9 years, beginning as CFO. In 2007 he became President and CEO.
Ann Ellis, Vice President of Sales
Ann has gained her large and small market experience in sales by acting as Director of Sales in TV, radio, daily newspaper and national advertising. She has an exceptionally strong background in integrated sales and was the first salesperson in the country to sell a combination of TV, Web and Newspaper for Gannett Integrated. Ann has been with CCA for 3 years.
Greg Boulanger, Chief Accounting Officer
Greg has 18 years of experience as Chief Accounting and Administration Officer for CCA. In this capacity, he oversees all the accounting functions, audit oversight, HR, Insurance and contracts. He and his staff have had an excellent track record and have centralized all of these functions to make CCA a low cost producer at the admin level.
Theresa “Teansie” Garfield, Director of National Sales
Teansie has an extensive background in local and national sales, as well as marketing and merchandising. Prior to CCA, she gained experience from CBS and NBC in the Dallas and Austin area. Her marketing and merchandising experience came from working with Blockbuster when it was owned by CBS. She currently handles all business out of the Dallas Office as well as overseeing the national rep relationship with CCA, as a whole. The business out of the Dallas office currently amounts to nearly $12 million annually from our platform and is continuing to grow with all major automotive accounts for our company being handled in Dallas.
Greg Elmore, Interactive Media and National Production
Greg has been with CCA corporate for 10 years. He has been involved in multiple capacities in promotion, local affinity programming and interactive media. He currently oversees web, local affinity and syndicated content, third party production services and event marketing & promotions.
